It depends on the size and what’s changing. You’ll get a rough timeline with the price, before any work starts.
What if the floor is soft?
That usually means water has been getting in for a while. We open it up, show you what we find, and fix the subfloor before the new floor goes down.
Can you make a bathroom easier to get around in?
Ask us about it. Lower thresholds, better lighting and blocking in the walls for grab bars are common requests.
